Refund policy
We have a No Return policy on all products, with exception to damage incurred during transit, or mis-sent products such as wrong items,.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@gallerymats.com. Please note that a return address will be provided once your claim has been accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Failure to notify us in a timely manner may result in a rejection of return approval.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Product Warranty
Gallery Mats warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, accidents, improper care or storage, unauthorized modifications, or use outside intended applications.
Minor blemishes or imperfections that do not exceed 3mm in length or width are not considered defects. Additionally, a tolerance of plus or minus 1/16" is maintained for all precision cutting and is within acceptable industry standards.
If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion and at no cost. If the original item is no longer available at the time of the warranty claim, a store credit will be issued for the exact cost of the original purchase price, excluding any shipping fees. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
Except as stated above, no other warranties—express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are provided. By using our products, customers agree to these terms.
